Chris Becicka is a management consultant, writer, and previous long-time contributor to the KC Business Journal, Ingram’s and KCUR radio. She began her professional career as an English and speech teacher and after earning an MBA, went on to serve in senior management positions in several Kansas City companies. Her not-for-profit experience includes several board positions where her marketing, training, and communication experiences served her well. Her co-written book, You Can’t Kill All the Men, deals with gender and business communications and leadership strategy. She is a co-founder of the region’s pre-eminent curriculum design firm, Project Explore, which has designed curriculum and experiences for many local and national venues including Liberty Memorial, Starlight Theatre, Union Station among her 50-some clients.

BARBARA MUETH, APR
Barbara Mueth has more than 40 years’ experience in health care marketing and nonprofit communications, including 18 years leading the marketing program at Children’s Mercy Hospital. She and her staffs have won numerous local, state and national communications awards. Barb also has been active as a board member and volunteer for several local nonprofit organizations, so she offers a unique understanding of both staff and board needs in nonprofit marketing. She brings a strategic approach to marketing and a wealth of experience in telling compelling stories that will build your brand and inspire your donors. She has an APR accreditation from the Public Relations Society of America.

Dick Wilson, a household name for generations of Kansas Citians, has had 46 years on local radio and TV shows. In 1974, he co-launched one of the first morning show teams on FM radio in the country. He hosted the local TV show All Night Live in Kansas City on KSHB-TV. He has appeared nationally through TV programs produced by Dick Clark Productions including Camp Midnite on the USA Network. Dick has extensive experience hosting a wide range of corporate communication and live- staged company events. He has written and appeared in award- winning training videos for real estate, pharmaceutical, and sales team development. In the arts world, he is President of the board at Music Arts Institute in Independence MO.

Gary Abram has authored or co-authored three books: Distance to the Green, Be a Pipe, and Alvin’s Way. As a business development (sales) professional, coach and manager he has created and executed strategies that have generated seven figure contracts, as well as high growth sales teams. He has built and delivered numerous training platforms including a curriculum for a multi-national publicly traded company. He has been a contributor to trade publications in both general business and insurance periodicals. As an entrepreneur, he has started six different enterprises and currently is engaged in four including i3 keeping him constantly engaged in value creating communication.
